MAKE DEMANDS WITH THE NAME OF JESUS “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it” (John chapter 14 verses 13 to 14). Many people have erroneously believed that Jesus was referring to prayer in this Scripture, but He wasn’t. He was talking about making demands in His Name. He was saying that if you make a demand in His Name, He’ll see to it that it’s done, Hallelujah! He wants you to know that the of power of God will back you up when you make that demand. What glorious news! We have been authorized to reign and rule in life (Romans chapter 5 verse 17). We are kings and priests (Revelations 5:10), and when we address situations in the Name of Jesus, we have the guarantee that He will back up that demand with power!
